David Del Prete

Overview

David Del Prete is an associate whose practice focuses on commercial litigation and white collar criminal matters. Before joining the firm, Dave supported class actions and other complex civil cases as a law clerk and legal intern. He has experience across multiple phases of litigation, including legal research and drafting, written discovery, and motion practice.

Dave earned his J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law, where he participated in the Transactional Clinic and served on the executive board of the school’s International Refugee Assistance Project chapter. During his final semester, he completed a public interest field placement through the New York Pro Bono Scholars Program, assisting clients with disabilities on a range of legal issues. Before law school, he worked in investment banking, supporting the execution and settlement of leveraged loan transactions. He holds a B.A. in History from Trinity College.
