We represent individuals and entities in various civil regulatory and administrative hearings. We fight for our clients during all stages of litigation, and also we offer counseling to clients on litigation avoidance strategies and compliance matters.

- Representing clients at all phases of litigation involving business disputes, to include obtaining a multi-million dollar verdict in favor of a client in a jury trial concerning the break up of a medical practice;
- Successfully defending civil securities fraud and insider trading cases brought by the SEC, fraud charges brought by the Commodities Future Trading Commission, and putative securities fraud class actions brought by private litigants in the United States District Court;
- Prosecuting righteous securities fraud cases, to include obtaining a multi-million-dollar judgment for a client at trial.
