Administrative Matters and Other Services

Our partners and associates have experience in a wide variety of other types of administrative and courtroom proceedings, including FINRA hearings, AAA and JAMS arbitrations, professional grievance hearings, licensing and hospital privileges proceedings, matters before the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities (CHRO), and complaints brought by the Office of State Ethics (OSE).

From our experience in representing clients facing government investigations, we also offer services to help clients avoid investigations in the first place. This includes advising on fraud detection, environmental compliance programs, healthcare compliance matters, whistleblower policies, and compliance with the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.
